You will practice a new habit each week, building upon the previous week's progress. By Day 28, you will have eliminated all inflammation triggering foods,
and adopted habits that will reset your metabolism and restore your gut.
Week 1: Zero calorie bevvies
In week one there is just one simple task to focus on - don’t drink your calories. Depending on what you normally drink, this simple tip can add up to a huge calorie savings over the month.
Week 2: Green smoothie a day
Adding nutrients into your life, (before we take some more of the nasty ones away) will help you feel awesome and by filling up on the good stuff, there won’t be as much room left for the not so good.
Week 3: Ditch the whites
In week three, you'll take this a bit further and ditch refined carbs and sugars. This week's eating makeover will have a huge impact on how you look and feel. Limiting “white stuff” is the easiest ways to feel and look your best!
Week 4: Ditch the dairy
You’ve eliminated alcohol, caffeine, the whites (sugar, carbs) and all kinds of other toxins. In week four, you'll stretch your limits, and ditch all dairy products. Think of this as a week-long experiment to identify food sensitivities.
